Every six weeks, I host The Nurture Gathering, a sacred space designed to honor the gentle strength, wisdom, and resilience of feminine energy. Drawing from my background in healing, meditation, and guiding transformative group experiences, I create a space that is deeply supportive, intentionally held, and infused with insight and care.
Each gathering revolves around a central theme, thoughtfully chosen to guide our shared exploration. Through guided reflections, gentle practices, and heartfelt dialogue, participants are invited to connect with themselves, their intuition, and the collective energy of the group.
This is not just a meeting—it is a curated journey of connection and empowerment, where:

Mindfulness Through Taoist & Japanese Wisdom
Rooted in the ancient principles of Taoist philosophy and enriched by Japanese concepts of understanding life—deeply influenced by Buddhism and Shintoism—this Nurture Gathering invites you to reconnect with the natural flow of existence, gently, intuitively, and without force.
These traditions share a profound reverence for nature, simplicity, and presence. They guide us back to what is essential: living with awareness, embracing impermanence, honoring both the visible and invisible aspects of life, and finding beauty in the subtle rhythms of everyday existence.
In this session, mindfulness becomes a doorway to balance, softness, and inner alignment.
Together, we will explore:
- The practice of presence through stillness and breath, allowing the mind to settle naturally
- The Taoist concept of Wu Wei (effortless action)—learning when to move and when to soften
- Yin and Yang awareness, recognizing and harmonizing opposing energies within ourselves
- Japanese perspectives rooted in Buddhism and Shintoism, including acceptance, impermanence, and a deep connection with nature and spirit
- Meditative practices inspired by both Taoist and Japanese traditions to cultivate flow, clarity, and groundedness
This gathering is an invitation to slow down and return to your essence—beyond pressure, beyond expectations. Through guided meditation, subtle movement, and quiet reflection, you will be supported in releasing resistance and reconnecting with your natural state of ease.
Rather than seeking transformation through effort, we allow it to emerge through awareness.
